“Help one another.  This is what Jesus teaches us.  This is what I do.  And I do it with my heart.”

Liturgical Service

Church Angels

Altar Linen Angels

Individuals launder the sacred linens and sacred vestments used for the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. Some materials are taken to Dry Cleaning or to a seamstress for repair. Much care is given to these materials and require specific guidelines for cleaning and ironing.

Cleaning Angels

These quiet angels volunteer to dust and care for the sanctuary, the statues and the nooks and crannies of the Church. Some angels vacuum the carpets in the walkways, under the pews as well as generally provide for a clean worship area.

Decorating Angels:  Art & Environment

Volunteers assist in preparing the sanctuary and the church environment in order to reflect the various liturgical seasons throughout the year, highlighting especially our sacred Solemnities and Feasts, in particular, Christmas and Easter. They may be asked to dress the altar, decorate the sanctuary, water the flowers and plants and/or help maintain the live plants throughout the year.
